Sequoia Consulting was founded to solve a specific problem we kept seeing: companies with sophisticated messaging needs were choosing between off-the-shelf CPaaS platforms that did not fit their workflows, and expensive system integrators with no messaging-native expertise. Neither option worked well for enterprise messaging at scale.
We started as engineers and operators of messaging platforms — SMPP gateways, A2P routing engines, RCS hub integrations, WhatsApp BSP deployments. Over the years, that practical experience turned into a consulting firm that designs, integrates and operates messaging programs for banks, telecom operators, retailers, healthcare networks and digital-first businesses around the world.
Today, we pair that messaging heritage with deep AI application engineering. Conversational agents, intent classification, retrieval-augmented generation, human handoff design — the full stack of AI-in-production work, grounded in messaging where it has to deliver real business outcomes.
